Why HyCa
Built on Engineering Rigour
In-House Fabrication
Proprietary equipment designed and fabricated in-house, ensuring quality control, faster delivery and cost efficiency without third-party dependency.
Site-Specific Design
No two water challenges are identical. Each solution is engineered from first principles — site surveys, water quality data and process modelling inform every design.
Integrated Treatment
Holistic process design that considers the full treatment train — from raw water intake to final discharge or reuse — optimised as a single integrated system.
End-to-End Execution
Single-point accountability from concept through commissioning. We manage design, procurement, construction, testing and handover under one roof.
- One partner from initial investigation to commissioning
- Solutions selected according to water quality, flow, land availability and project objectives
- Strong capability in biological processes, aeration and in-situ treatment
- Combination of consultancy, engineering, fabrication and field execution
- Experience across government, public-infrastructure and international assignments
Featured Projects
Engineering in Practice
A selection of projects demonstrating our technical range across sectors and geographies.
WATer BODY RE-STORATION
Rankala lake
A customized Hydrodynamic Cavitation system designed and installed at Rankala Lake’s swimming quarry as a pilot project, supported by the Aarti Group of Companies under its CSR initiative. The treatment delivered significant improvements in water quality by controlling algal contamination, enhancing water clarity and colour, and eliminating unpleasant odour.
Industrial Wastewater
Pilot HDC System
Pilot-scale system designed and supplied to study and validate Hydrodynamic Cavitation across various water, wastewater and industrial-process applications. Its customizable configuration supports process evaluation, performance optimization and technology scale-up.
Water-Body Rejuvenation
Bindusagar, The Divine Lake
Lake, with an approximate water-holding capacity of 200,000 m³, was treated using Hydrodynamic Cavitation technology. Four treatment units, each rated at 100 m³/hr, were deployed to provide a combined treatment capacity of 400 m³/hr, improving water clarity and overall water quality.
